The Meadows of St. Joseph is a small subdivision just off I-74.  It encompasses Northgate Dr, Wingstem Dr. and Bluestem Dr. and the North side of Grand Ave. as well as Meadowsweet and Balsam Dr. on the East and West side respectively.

• Look at signs to watch for, such as suspicious vehicles and people that look like they don’t belong in the neighborhood.
• Explained how to contact the proper authorities in the event you see something suspicious. Also explained what to describe when calling in suspicious activity. Norma Kite has the contact numbers.
• DO NOT TAKE THE LAW INTO YOUR OWN HANDS!! Notify the proper authorities and those who are trained to handle this type of activity.
• Be attentive when observing suspicious behavior. You may be asked to identify individuals, actions, etc. at a later time.
